Q. What does International Women’s Day mean for you?

I encourage all efforts to thank women, and add visibility to the hard work that they put in daily.

Q. What piece of advice would you give to build more gender equal workplaces?

I believe it is important to create a culture of diversity, diversity in character, diversity in opinions, respect for others, building teams that complement each other, not fight each other for being different.  I think this is more important than singling out female vs male. Once we are accustomed to learning to cope with difference in being, we will be able to extract the most value, and gender equality will be less of a theme.

4. What do you enjoy about working with Talmix?

I believe Talmix is an intelligent team, they have been successful in understanding my unique skillset and experience, and the value that I could bring to clients, and they have been helpful in assigning me to high calibre projects and clients.

Q. If you could have dinner with one inspirational woman, dead or alive, who would they be and why?

I would want to have dinner with Melinda Gates, and learn more on her efforts on impact investments and empowering women in developing countries.
